Not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, and returning is free.
How to return
Registering a return takes about two minutes through our returns portal:
Enter your order number without the M4 prefix (so 12345, not M412345) together with the email address you used for your order. You'll receive a free shipping label straight away; print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it off. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 5 working days and the refund is back on your account within 1 to 2 days after that.
Want to exchange?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like. That way your new piece is on its way while the return is still travelling back to us, instead of waiting for the two to cross.
Good to know
Items should be unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and free of perfume or other scents. Returns registered after the 30-day window can't be accepted.
