Which countries do you ship to?

We offer world wide standard and express shipping for all orders placed on Duties are payed on all orders.

Which shipping services do you offer?

We offer UPS, DHL and PostNL. The available shipping service is based on your selected location.

How much is the shipping costs?

Free standard shipping & returns on all orders to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the U.K.

The shipping cost is based on your selected shipping service and will be displayed in the checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time is based on your location. We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a more exact delivery date. Our warehouse only operates during business hours, Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service within 30 days* from the date the order was placed.

*After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

To what countries do you ship DDP?(Delivered Duty Paid)

We currently ship DDP to all countries worldwide.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we are not able to send packages to PO boxes in any of the countries that we deliver to at the moment.

Returns and exchanges

Whats is your return policy?

- All products must be returned within 30 days since the order was received.
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- All returns must include the original packaging.

*This applies to all products on our website, including products on sale and underwear.

*Please note that all orders placed between 25th November and 31st December can be returned up until 31st January.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, follow the steps below:

1. Login our return portal

2. Register your return in the portal.

3. Your return will be assessed and once approved you will receive a pre-paid return label.

Print your return label or on your mobile. Locate your nearest service point for drop off.

When the carrier has scanned your return we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your return is on its way back to our warehouse.

When received at the warehouse, your return will be processed within 5 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as we have issued your refund. The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 1-3 business days.

I want to exchange a product?

If you wish to exchange your product simply login to our return portal and follow the steps.

How do I know you received my order?

When you place an order at, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please send your request to our customer service. We will try to cancel your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with our return section for a full refund.

I have received a faulty or incomplete order, what should I do?

We are sorry that you have received a faulty or incomplete order, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and your order number and we will assist you further.

Can I be notified once a product or size is back in stock?

To be notified when a product is back in stock, go to the product page and choose what size you want. Click the “Notify me” button and enter your email address. You will receive an email as soon as the product or size is available.


What payment methods do you accept?

We offer iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Klarna for the majority of countries. The payment methods we offer are presented in the checkout, please make sure that you’ve chosen the correct country in the upper right corner.

Most countries are charged in local currency while some countries are charged in Euro. Prices on the website will show the currency for the website that you are visiting.


Klarna offers 3 flexible payment options with no additional cost, upon your preference :

1) Pay now : Pay the entire amount instantly, either via online banking or direct debit.

2) Afterpay in 30 days : Payment will be processed once the order has been delivered.

3) Pay in installments: Payment will be processed in 3 or 4 installments.

Are your payment methods secure to use?

We can only accept payments via 3D Secure (Verified by VISA/Mastercard SecureCode). This payment method is 100% secure and guarantees that the person using the card is the cardholder, by putting the customer in direct contact with the bank to verify their purchase. If you have any questions regarding 3D Secure, please contact your bank.

Are VAT/tax and duties included in the given price?

When ordering all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.

Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

How much tax and duty will I have to pay?

You don't have to pay any tax or duties as all orders are shipped on DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid).

Mansour products are manufactured by a very small number of suppliers mainly based in Portugal and Italy.
